At Infinity Aesthetics & Wellbeing, all aesthetic treatments are carried out by qualified, registered, and fully insured medical professionals in accordance with current clinical and safety standards. A comprehensive medical consultation and informed consent are mandatory prior to any procedure to ensure suitability and patient safety.
Treatments are strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and over. Infinity Aesthetics & Wellbeing reserves the right to decline or defer treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or not in the patient’s best interest.

Appointments and Consultations
£35 consultation fee is payable at the time of booking and is redeemable against any treatment booked within four (4) weeks of the consultation date.
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit or incurrence of a cancellation fee.
All new clients must complete a medical consultation and consent form prior to treatment. Treatments will only proceed if deemed clinically suitable.
Eligibility
Treatments at Infinity Aesthetics & Wellbeing are strictly available to clients aged 18 years and over.
Proof of age may be requested at the time of your appointment.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is considered medically unsuitable or not in the client’s best interest.
Treatment Policy
All treatments are provided at the discretion of the practitioner following a full medical assessment.
Results may vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Treatment plans and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to treatment.
Payments and Refunds
Payment is required at the time of treatment.
Deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable, except in cases where treatment is deemed medically unsuitable.
Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments.
Liability
Infinity Aesthetics & Wellbeing accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
The clinic will not be liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from withheld medical information or failure to follow aftercare advice.
